Job summary

Featherless is seeking a founding member of the US/CA GTM team to blend technical insight with entrepreneurial drive. You’ll talk with model creators, startups, enterprises, and developers exploring open-model deployment while building a robust pipeline.

This is not a traditional sales role; you’ll fluent in AI and participate in conversations with diverse technical audiences, shaping early go-to-market strategy and partnerships. Remote work across North America is supported.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, developer relations, or entrepreneurship.
• Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• AI power user.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven; able to operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups
• Manage inbound requests through chat and email
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n)
• Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships
