Job summary

Featherless.ai is seeking a founding member of the US/CA GTM team who combines technical insight with entrepreneurial drive. You will engage with model creators, AI startups, enterprises, and developers exploring open-model deployment.

This role is not a traditional sales position; fluency in AI and the ability to converse with technical audiences is required. If you're a charismatic developer expanding into sales or an entrepreneurial self-starter, we want to talk.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship.
• Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• AI power user—familiar with open-model deployment concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups.
• Manage inbound requests through chat and email.
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n).
• Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users.
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting.
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships.
