Featherless is seeking a founding member of the US/CA GTM team who thrives at the intersection of AI, communication, and execution. This role requires fluency in AI and the ability to converse with model creators, AI startups, enterprises, and developers exploring open-model deployment.

If you're a charismatic developer with a sales mindset or an aspiring entrepreneur, we want to speak with you and explore a foundational role in building our growth engine.

Formación

• 1–2 years experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship.
• Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• Fluent written and verbal English; concise, credible communication.

Responsabilidades

• Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups.
• Manage inbound requests through chat and email.
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n).
• Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users.
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting.
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships.
