Featherless.ai is searching for a founding member of the US/CA go-to-market team to build and scale partnerships with enterprises, startups, and developers in the AI space. You’ll operate at the intersection of technology and business, owning pipeline creation, inbound/outbound outreach, and analytics.

You should be fluent in AI, capable of talking with model creators and developers, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Competenze

• 1–2 years combined experience in sales, developer relations, or entrepreneurship.
• Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• AI power user.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English — concise, credible, human.
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven — you operate independently and get things done.

Mansioni

• Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups.
• Manage inbound requests through chat and email.
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n).
• Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users.
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting.
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships.
