Job summary

Featherless.ai seeks a founding member of the US/CA GTM team—a technical and entrepreneurial BDR who thrives at the intersection of AI, communication, and execution.

You will build and qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups, manage inbound via chat and email, and run outreach sequences using HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, and n8n. You’ll re-engage sign-ups, track CRM metrics, and attend events to form key partnerships.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Developer Relations, or Entrepreneurship.
• Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers).
• AI power user with strong written and verbal communication.
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build & qualify pipeline across enterprises and AI startups.
• Manage inbound requests through chat and email.
• Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n).
• Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users.
• Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting.
• Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships.
