Fyxer in Austin, Texas is seeking a high-performing sales professional to own the full cycle from initial outreach to closing deals. You will engage with multi-level stakeholders in target accounts, build a repeatable pattern, and personally drive pricing and closing strategies.

You also author the pitch, sequences, and objection handling, defining the qualification bar for future reps. This role offers a $100K base salary with a $200K OTE plus equity and a fully remote US work model.

Qualifications

• 30+ deals closed in the last 12 months.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience without a playbook or building one.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: first touch, discovery, demo, pricing, close. No handoffs.
• Write the pitch, sequences, objection handling, and the qualification bar.
• Identify patterns that can be scaled to train future reps.
