Job summary

Fyxer is seeking a founding Account Executive for new business. You’ll own the full cycle from first touch to close, targeting enterprise accounts where a single user can unlock a 500-person org. You’ll craft pitches, sequences, and objections, and train the next reps on the winning playbook.

You’ve closed 30+ deals in the last year, hit quotas in multiple periods, and excel at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of closing 30+ deals in the last 12 months.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to operate without a formal playbook or to create one from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close with no handoffs.
• Discover needs, run demos, handle pricing and negotiate terms.
• Write the initial pitch, sequences, and objection handling for future reps.
