Retention Express LLC, an Atlanta-based AI customer experience company, is hiring two Founding Account Executives - AI Solutions. You will own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close, selling AI-powered engagement solutions to SMB and Mid-Market clients across multiple industries.

You will build a robust pipeline, articulate ROI and cost savings, and align with customer goals. This role offers remote flexibility, equity of opportunity, and the chance to shape how AI is deployed

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in SaaS sales, Telecom, CCaaS, or BPO environments.
• Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline, close deals, and hit or exceed targets.
• Demonstrated ability to sell complex or consultative solutions with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and customer experience operations.
• Ability to quickly learn and sell technical solutions (AI, automation, CX tools).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, and close.
• Sell consultative AI customer engagement solutions that deliver measurable operational and financial outcomes.
• Build and manage a pipeline of SMB and Mid-Market businesses across industries.
• Identify customer pain points and position solutions tied to ROI, cost savings, and revenue impact.
• Translate real-world operational challenges into AI + human solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored customer playbooks.
