Job summary

P-1 AI is hiring its first Account Executive to own end-to-end net-new customer acquisition, targeting complex industrial and enterprise software buyers.

You will create a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, leveraging your network, events, and referrals, and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to validate scope.

Location options include Remote (US/Canada) or on-site in San Mateo, CA, with one week on-site every six weeks and relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Experience selling complex enterprise software to industrial customers.
• Proven ability to create enterprise pipeline from a standing start.
• Ability to earn credibility with engineers and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own net-new customer acquisition end-to-end from discovery to close.
• Create a pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and events.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to validate scope during discovery and hand off closed customers.
• Shape the sales playbook for a new AI category, including messaging and collateral.
