Retention Express LLC is hiring founding Account Executives - AI Solutions to drive revenue, own customer outcomes, and help shape how AI is deployed in real-world customer operations.

This role sells AI Voice, AI Chat, AI SMS, and Live Agent Support to SMB and Mid-Market businesses. Work remotely with flextime, strong uncapped commissions, and clear opportunities for rapid career growth. 10-15% travel included.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of SaaS, Telecom, CCaaS, BPO, or technology sales experience.
• Proven success building pipeline and closing consultative sales.
• Comfortable selling to SMB and Mid-Market businesses.
• Passionate about AI, automation, and customer experience.
• Resourceful, proactive, and driven by results.
• Comfortable speaking with everyone from business owners to C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Generate a significant portion of your own pipeline.
• Sell consultative AI solutions that solve real business problems.
• Stay engaged after the sale to ensure customer success and identify expansion opportunities.
• Help shape our go-to-market strategy as one of our first dedicated AI sales hires.
