Job summary

OpsArmy is seeking a high-performing startup operator to support the Founder with executive-level tasks in a fast-moving environment. This remote role emphasizes proactive management, strategic thinking, and the ability to own projects end-to-end.

You will anticipate needs, protect the Founder’s time, and coordinate across schedules, travel, and communications while gradually taking on broader operations responsibilities. A strong startup background is essential.

Qualifications

• Direct experience supporting a founder, entrepreneur, startup leader, or senior executive.
• Strong startup experience in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English with highly polished communication skills.
• Highly self-directed and proactive—you do not need constant hand-holding or step-by-step instructions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Founder's inbox, filtering, drafting, follow-ups, and prioritization.
• Own complex calendar management and protect the Founder's time across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate meetings and travel logistics; prepare materials and context for meetings.
• Communicate with investors, partners, and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
• Support operations, process improvement, and cross-functional project coordination as needed.
