OpsArmy is seeking a high-performing startup operator who handles Executive Assistant duties for the Founder. This remote role demands anticipation, discretion, and the ability to balance personal and professional tasks while representing the Founder with external stakeholders.

You will manage inboxes, calendars, travel, and cross-time-zone meetings, with potential expansion into broader operations and project coordination as trust grows.

Qualifications

• Direct experience supporting a founder or senior executive in a startup.
• Strong startup experience in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English with polished communication.
• Highly self-directed and proactive with minimal guidance.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable using AI tools and cloud-based software.
• Able to anticipate needs and act independently.
• Willing to work early and respond during occasional evenings.

Responsibilities

• Manage Founder inbox, filter messages, draft replies and track priorities.
• Own complex calendar management and protect Founder's time.
• Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and prepare materials.
• Arrange travel and logistics; provide light personal admin as needed.
• Coordinate personal and professional commitments with discretion.
• Represent the Founder professionally with external stakeholders.
• Support operations and projects, driving tasks to completion.
