You will manage the Founder's inbox and calendar, coordinate across time zones, and handle travel logistics while maintaining clear, professional communication with investors and partners.

Qualifications

• Direct experience supporting a founder or senior executive.
• Strong startup experience in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the Founder's inbox and calendar.
• Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and handle travel logistics.
• Draft emails and correspondence; communicate with investors, partners, and vendors.
• Support operational processes and project coordination as needed.
