Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to design, build, and deploy AI-enabled systems. You will drive discovery, architect end-to-end solutions, and ship production-grade agents and automations that integrate with client workflows.

Candidates should have 5+ years of software development, strong English, and experience with AI tooling like Cursor and OpenAI Codex. This is a fully remote role with exposure to Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a mainstream production stack.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools including Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.
• Proven experience leading client-facing discovery calls and delivering on scope.

Responsibilities

• Run workshops and process discovery with stakeholders to scope AI problems.
• Map current state, decisions, and exceptions; translate into actionable specs for AI systems.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems including orchestration and retrieval architecture.
• Ship working systems: agents, automations, internal tooling, and integrations.
• Own CI/CD for the deployed solutions and environments.
• Engage with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and leadership to defend decisions.
