Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to embedded client teams and lead AI-enabled solutions inside enterprise environments. You will identify AI opportunities, architect end-to-end systems, and deliver production-grade implementations that integrate with clients’ workflows and delivery pipelines.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in software development across major stacks, strong English, and hands-on experience with AI tools and APIs.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience across mainstream stacks (TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Java, C#/.NET, or Go).
Experience building and deploying AI-powered systems in production environments.
Strong English communication and ability to lead client-facing discovery calls.

Responsibilities

Discover requirements through workshops with business and engineering stakeholders.
Structure processes and specifications for automation of workflows.
Architect end-to-end agentic systems, including orchestration, context, and tool integration.
Build working AI-enabled systems with hands-on coding and prototyping.
Own CI/CD pipelines, environments, and deployment processes for delivered solutions.
Consult with CTOs, VPs, and business leaders, defending design decisions and scoping work.
