Job summary

FullStack is seeking forward-deployed engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect AI-powered solutions. You will run discovery, design agentic systems, and deliver production-ready automation within real client environments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software development, strong English, and a track record of owning CI/CD pipelines within Agile teams. This fully remote role supports collaboration with Fortune 500 clients and regulated industries.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience with production stacks.
Advanced English is required.
Four-year college degree is required.
Experience with AI tooling and LLM-enabled systems.
Experience owning CI/CD pipelines.
Experience leading client-facing discovery calls.
Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

Discover via workshops with business and engineering stakeholders.
Structure process and specifications for automated workflows.
Architect end-to-end agentic systems and design context/retrieval architectures.
Build working systems with agents and multi-step automations.
Own CI/CD, testing, releases, and environments for delivery.
Present and defend decisions to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and business leadership.
