Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to turn AI into production-ready solutions. You will partner with COOs and VPs of Engineering to scope problems, architect AI-enabled systems, and deliver robust implementations within regulated environments. This is a consultative, hands-on engineering role.

You will work across problem discovery, architecture, tool integration, and delivery pipelines, ensuring value is proven in real environments and not just demos.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development with mainstream stacks.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI systems beyond prototypes.
• Strong English communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Discover: run workshops with business and engineering stakeholders to scope AI problems.
• Structure: map current state and turn it into executable specifications.
• Architect: design end-to-end agentic systems and integration architecture.
• Build: ship working agents, automations, and internal tooling.
• Delivery: own CI/CD pipelines, environments, and deployment processes.
