Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience with production stacks.
Experience building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems beyond prototypes.
Advanced English required.
Proven experience evaluating environments and defining roadmaps.
Experience owning CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

Discover opportunities by running workshops and separating AI problems from workflow issues.
Structure processes and specifications for automation across business and engineering.
Architect end-to-end agentic systems including orchestration, retrieval, and guardrails.
Build working systems with prototypes that prove value in weeks.
