Job summary

FullStack seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI-enabled solutions, and deliver production systems. You’ll move from discovery to live deployment, owning end-to-end delivery in regulated environments.

This role combines consulting, operations, and engineering: you’ll run workshops, design architectures, build agents, and maintain CI/CD pipelines while aligning with CTOs and VPs of Engineering to prove value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience building AI-enabled agents and production systems.
• Proven ability to lead client-facing discovery calls.

Responsibilities

• Discover through workshops and process discovery with stakeholders.
• Structure the process and the spec for automation.
• Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems.
• Build working systems: agents, automations, and tooling.
• Engineer the delivery system with CI/CD and environments.
• Consult and defend decisions with CTOs and engineering leaders.
