Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to identify AI opportunities, architect scalable solutions, and deliver production systems. You’ll blend consultant, operator, and engineer roles to validate business cases, design agentic architectures, and ship value in real client environments.

You will work with regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients, owning discovery, architecture, and delivery while maintaining a practical, outcome‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with mainstream stacks.
• Experience shipping production AI systems and agentic workflows.
• Advanced English and client-facing communication proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Discover and run workshops with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure processes and specs for automated workflows.
• Architect end-to-end AI systems: orchestration, retrieval, and tool integration.
• Build working prototypes and demonstrators that prove value.
• Own CI/CD and delivery pipelines for deployed solutions.
• Consult with CTOs and engineering leadership to defend decisions.
