Job summary

FullStack is actively seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who sit inside the client’s problem, embedding with an enterprise team to architect and ship AI-powered solutions. You will work across discovery, architecture, and delivery to make agents real inside client systems.

You will lead workshops, design end-to-end AI workflows, own CI/CD pipelines, and defend technical decisions to CTOs and business leaders while delivering measurable value for Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production software development experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Hands-on with frontier AI developer tools including Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops with business and engineering stakeholders to scope AI problems.
• Structure the process and the spec for automations and AI workflows.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems including orchestration and integration.
• Build working systems with agents and multi-step automations.
• Own CI/CD for deployments and environments.
• Consult with CTOs, VPs of engineering and leadership; support pre‑sales scoping.
