FullStack is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our AI-native engineering team. You will embed with client teams, architect AI-enabled solutions, and deliver end-to-end implementations that run in real environments.

You will work across discovery, design, and delivery, collaborating with executives and engineers to prove value quickly while maintaining rigorous technical standards. This role is fully remote within the United States.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack.
• 1–4 years of professional experience building and shipping LLM-powered and agentic AI systems beyond prototypes or demos.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools including Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.
• Proven experience evaluating current-state environments and defining technical roadmaps.
• Experience designing APIs, service design, event-driven and distributed systems, and data modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure the process and the spec for any business or engineering process being automated.
• Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems — orchestration, context and retrieval architecture, tool integration, guardrails, and CI/CD.
• Build working systems with agents, multi-step automations, internal tooling, and integration layers.
• Engineer the delivery system: CI/CD, environments, release processes.
• Consult and defend decisions with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and business leadership.
