Job summary

FullStack is seeking a senior software engineer to embed AI capabilities into client systems. You will work inside enterprise teams, identifying real AI problems, architecting solutions, and delivering deployable agents within client environments.

You will lead discovery conversations, map requirements to technical specs, and own end-to-end delivery, including deployment pipelines, with emphasis on reliability and security. This is a remote role across the Americas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development with a mainstream production stack.
• 1-4 years building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems beyond prototypes or demos.
• Advanced English is required.
• Experience with APIs, service design, event-driven and distributed systems.
• Ownership of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with stakeholders to map current state and define defensible scope.
• Structure the process and the spec for automation across business workflows.
• Architect and design end-to-end agentic systems including orchestration and retrieval architecture.
• Build working AI-enabled solutions and internal tooling; prototypes that prove value.
• Engineer the delivery system with CI/CD for releases and environments.
• Consult with CTOs and engineering leadership; support pre-sale scoping and proposals.
