Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to identify AI opportunities, architect systems, and deliver production-grade solutions. You’ll operate as consultant, operator, and engineer, testing business cases with executives and shipping iterations that prove value.

You will design agentic architectures, manage retrieval and tool integration, and ensure deployments meet enterprise standards. This is a challenging, high-ownership role for experienced engineers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 1-4 years building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Hands-on with frontier AI developer tools including Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI or OpenAI Codex.
• Experience owning CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery calls and guide clients from problem to scoped solution.
• Structure processes and specs for automating business workflows.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems with context, retrieval, and integrations.
• Build working prototypes—proving value in weeks, not months.
• Own delivery CI/CD, environments, and deployment processes.
