FullStack seeks Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to architect AI-powered solutions. You combine consulting, engineering, and hands-on delivery to identify AI opportunities, design end-to-end systems, and ship working implementations within real environments.

You will work with regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients, owning architecture, risk, and delivery—from discovery calls to production readiness—while advocating for reliable, measurable AI outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience across mainstream stacks.
• Experience building and shipping LLM-powered and agentic AI systems.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, service design and CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced English and ability to lead client-facing discussions.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Discover: run workshops with stakeholders to identify AI problems worth solving.
• Structure: map current state and turn into executable specifications.
• Architect & design: end-to-end agentic systems, context, and tool integration.
• Build: ship working AI-enabled solutions and prototypes with measurable value.
• Engineer the delivery system: own CI/CD, environments, and releases.
• Consult: defend decisions to CTOs/VPs and support pre-sales scoping.
