We value hands-on engineers who drive discovery, design scalable architectures, and own end-to-end delivery from discovery to deployment. Remote-friendly, consultancy-style, customer-facing roles are common.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Hands-on experience with AI developer tools and APIs.
• Experience owning CI/CD pipelines and delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Discover and run workshops to surface AI problems and scoped views.
• Structure processes, map decisions, and convert to executable specs.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems and integration layers.
• Build working AI-enabled solutions, prototypes, and pipelines.
• Own CI/CD for the delivered systems and environments.
• Consult with CTOs and VPs, defend decisions and scope.
