Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who sit inside the client’s problem to architect and deploy AI-enabled solutions. You will embed with enterprise teams, validate AI opportunities, and deliver robust agentic systems that run in real customer environments.

You’ll act as consultant, operator, and engineer, capable of shaping scope, defending design decisions, and shipping value within weeks. This role emphasizes hands-on development, end-to-end delivery, and client-facing impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with production stack(s).
• 1–4 years of experience building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems beyond prototypes or demos.
• Advanced English required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Experience with frontier AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).
• Proven experience with APIs, service design, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with stakeholders to scope AI problems.
• Structure the process and the spec for automated business workflows.
• Architect and design end-to-end agentic systems with orchestration and retrieval architecture.
• Build working systems including agents, multi-step automations, and internal tooling.
• Engineer the delivery system with CI/CD and proper environments.
• Consult on decisions with CTOs, VPs, and business leadership and support pre-sales.
