FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to architect and deploy AI-powered solutions. You’ll work inside enterprise environments, balancing consulting, operational deployment, and engineering to turn AI concepts into reliable production capabilities.

You’ll lead discovery, design scalable architectures, and own delivery from Scope to release, collaborating with Fortune 500 clients and regulated industries while maintaining rigorous standards and measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of professional software development with at least one mainstream production stack.
• 1-4 years of experience building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems.
• Advanced English is required.
• Experience with frontier AI developer tools including Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.

Responsabilités

• Discover and map AI problems by running workshops with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure processes and specifications for automated workflows.
• Architect and design end-to-end agentic systems.
• Build working systems with prototypes that prove value in weeks.
• Own CI/CD and deployment environments.
• Present decisions to CTOs and VP-level leadership and support pre-sales scoping.
