Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of sales experience in foodservice/CPG or related industry; distributor relationships preferred.
• Experience in direct sales, account management, or business development is beneficial.
• Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and financial reports to drive decisions.
• Proficiency in building and executing sales plans, JBPs, and forecasting demand.

Responsibilities

• Lead the geographic market in Foodservice Field Sales to grow branded market share and profitability.
• Develop and implement profitable sales strategies with local distributors and brokers.
• Build and maintain strong distributor relationships and support local events.
• Identify high-value SKUs and opportunities; collaborate with Sales Ops and Finance.
• Own bottom-up sales planning and forecast product demand with VSFs.
• Establish Joint Business Plans with distributors and review actions regularly.
• Support Order to Cash by assisting distributor orders and resolving invoice issues.
