Kraft Heinz is seeking an Area Distributor Manager to drive our Away From Home business across a national territory. You will own the full sales cycle, build distributor partnerships, and execute strategies to win new business with operators and brokers.

You will manage JBPs, forecast demand, and coordinate with Sales Ops, Finance, and Supply to hit revenue targets. This remote role requires travel and a valid driver's license; base salary ranges from $77,800 to $97,300 with a performance bonus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years sales experience, preferably in foodservice/CPG or related industry.
• Experience managing distributor relationships and working with foodservice operators.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead geographic market in Foodservice Field Sales to grow share and profitability.
• Develop profitable sales strategies with local distributors and brokers.
• Own bottom-up sales planning and data-driven proposals.
• Manage trade budgets and quarterly/annual priorities.
• Forecast demand and support VSFs for new/renewed business.
• Establish JBPs and maintain distributor relationships.
