Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking an Area Distributor Manager to lead the Foodservice Field Sales in a designated territory, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and driving branded growth. The role requires a leader who can influence stakeholders and deliver results with distributors and operators.

You will forecast demand, develop JBPs, manage trade budgets, and collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance to hit revenue targets while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or sales.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in foodservice/CPG or related field preferred.
• Experience managing distributor relationships and working with foodservice operators is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead geographic market in Foodservice Field Sales to drive market share and profitability.
• Execute the ADM playbook to ensure market success.
• Develop profitable sales strategies with local distributors; collaborate with brokers and operators.
