Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field preferred (or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in foodservice/CPG.
• Experience managing distributor relationships and working with foodservice operators.
• Ability to analyze sales data, trends, and financial reports to guide decisions.
• Proficiency in forecasting demand and building joint business plans (JBPs).

Responsibilities

• Lead the geographic market in Foodservice Field Sales, driving brand share and profitability.
• Execute the ADM playbook to ensure market success.
• Develop profitable sales strategies with distributors and brokers.
• Build and maintain strong distributor relationships and support local events.
• Lead the full sales cycle from interest to closing deals and revenue attainment.
• Forecast demand, submit VSFs, and establish Joint Business Plans with distributors.
• Manage trade budgets, travel expenses, and quarterly/annual priorities.
