Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking an Area Distributor Manager to lead our Foodservice Field Sales in a designated territory. This role focuses on growing Away From Home share, building distributor partnerships, and delivering profitable outcomes through data-driven planning and JBPs.

You will manage trade budgets, forecast demand, coordinate with Sales Ops, Finance, and Supply, and travel as needed, with a company vehicle or allowance. Remote-based with regular in-territory engagement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in foodservice, CPG, or related industry.
• Experience managing distributor relationships and working with operators is preferred.
• Ability to analyze sales data, trends and financial reports to drive decisions.
• Proficiency in building and executing sales plans, JBPs and forecasting demand.
• Strong business acumen to identify high-value opportunities and foster partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the geographic market in foodservice field sales and grow branded market share.
• Develop profitable sales strategies with local distributors and brokers.
• Build and maintain distributor relationships and support local events.
• Identify high-value SKUs and manage a distributor-led pipeline.
• Own bottom-up sales planning, forecast demand, and submit VSFs for new or renewed business.
• Manage trade budgets and travel expenses; collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, and Supply.
• Establish Joint Business Plans with distributors and review execution regularly.
• Support Order to Cash by assisting distributor orders and resolving discrepancies.
