Job summary

iBuyFlowers.com is hiring for a fully remote Business Development role within the United States. You will own the acquisition pipeline, converting registered guest accounts into first-time buyers and driving new customer growth through outbound prospecting.

This high-volume role involves 300+ logged activities per week in HubSpot, with a focus on cold calling and pre-qualified leads. You will refine the BD playbook and contribute to training materials while reporting to the Commercial Team

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant B2B sales experience.
• Floral industry experience is required.
• A track record of independently managing opportunities and converting prospects into customers.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads and win new customers across retail, wedding and event florists.
• Qualify prospects and prioritize opportunities by buying needs and commercial potential.
• Own higher-value opportunities from first conversation through to consistent buying.
• Keep HubSpot records accurate, with clear next steps and reliable pipeline updates.
• Coordinate smooth handoffs to onboarding and Account Management.
• Improve outreach, objection handling and the BD playbook, sharing insights on what converts.
• Success means new customers, new-account revenue, stronger conversion and consistent, disciplined outreach.
