iBuyFlowers, a US-based online floral marketplace, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our international marketing team. You will drive growth across the customer lifecycle—from acquisition to win-back—while ensuring measurable commercial outcomes.

You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, align plans with flower seasonality, and optimize paid acquisition, CRM and lifecycle marketing to increase registrations and orders.

Qualifications

• Proven flower industry experience with floral products and stakeholders.
• Deep digital marketing expertise across paid acquisition, CRM and lifecycle marketing.
• Direct e-commerce experience with measurable responsibility for acquisition, activation and retention.
• Experience leading and developing a multidisciplinary marketing team and setting objectives.
• Ability to translate data into strategy, priorities and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the marketing team with clear ownership and objectives.
• Build an integrated customer lifecycle strategy covering acquisition, activation, retention and win-back.
• Lead digital marketing and e-commerce growth including paid channels, CRM, content, SEO.
• Increase activation, retention and win-back through structured onboarding and lifecycle programs.
• Manage marketing as a commercial investment with budgets, forecasts and KPIs.
