Logical Position, LLC is seeking a Business Development Representative for a fully remote role. You'll build a lead pipeline through cold calls, emails, and outbound outreach, targeting business owners and decision-makers.

You’ll undergo a five-week training program to learn LP's services, sales process, and proven approach to client success. You will manage your own sales targets, generate opportunities, and maintain CRM records to ensure a reliable pipeline.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience outbound outreach via phone and email.
• Ability to build relationships and identify client needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort with CRM systems and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Cold call, email, and prospect businesses to build a qualified pipeline and drive revenue.
• Qualify prospects through discovery to understand their marketing needs and budgets.
• Communicate LP's value proposition to help clients grow their business.
• Own and achieve individual sales goals and maintain CRM records.
• Follow sales policies and represent pricing and outcomes accurately.
