Flowers is a fast-growing tech startup seeking passionate Account Executives to help drive revenue from new customers for our AI-powered workflow platform. You will own the end-to-end deal cycle, from initial meeting to closing, while collaborating with Marketing and Sales Development Representatives.

We value a proactive, German-speaking salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can articulate business value to SMB customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales in a B2B software environment.
• Strong understanding of the German SMB market and how to identify, nurture and close new business opportunities.
• Customer-focused approach with ability to quantify business impact for clients.

Responsibilities

• Win and drive revenue from new customers.
• Lead the deal from initial meeting through negotiation to closing.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with outbound activity and collaboration with Marketing and SDRs.
• Create and execute a compelling customer journey with pitches and outreach at high professionalism.
• Monitor performance to ensure targets are met and identify improvement areas.
