Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Representative for our commercial and residential flooring lines. This remote role requires 60-80% travel to job sites, strong problem solving, installation know-how, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers, installers, and sales teams.

You will support product installation, troubleshoot field issues, and coordinate visits, while contributing to quality and service in a fast-paced environment across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Ability to resolve technical issues and explain solutions clearly.
• Experience supporting commercial or residential flooring products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Shaw's flooring products to customers and installers.
• Assist sales reps with technical guidance on installation and performance.
• Coordinate field service activities and travel to job sites.
• Prepare inspection reports and product reviews as needed.
• Update customers on installation progress and outcomes.
