Cox Enterprises is hiring a detail-oriented New Call/Follow Up Specialist for Cox Fleet. This role is fully remote for some and hybrid for others, focusing on handling inbound calls, gathering customer requirements, and ensuring data accuracy while updating billing and service information.

You will support fleet operations, coordinate with dispatch, and keep customers informed of event status while meeting deadlines in a 24/7/365 environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Strong customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Accurately gather and follow customer requirements during the initial call.
• Enter data promptly and record unit location accurately.
• Ensure accurate billing information is communicated to the service provider.
• Handle estimates promptly and accurately.
• Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events.
• Keep customers updated on event status and follow instructions.
• Collaborate with roadside dispatcher when problems arise.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks within deadlines.
