AAA Club Alliance is seeking an experienced Fleet Supervisor to manage daily operations at the Fleet Office and lead drivers, dispatch and staff to ensure members are served effectively. The role emphasizes coaching, teamwork, and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a relevant associate degree and 5+ years in automotive/dispatch or equivalent, plus leadership experience. Schedule is 9am–7pm, with Sunday, Monday, Friday, and Saturday work days.

Formación

• Associate degree with major course work in business, organizational management or related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ work experience in an automotive or dispatch environment or 5 years of experience in a fast paced, high volume customer service or sales role or the combination of automotive/mechanical and customer service/sales experience.
• 1+ years’ leadership or supervisory experience.
• Satisfactory completion of nationally recognized towing certification program such as IITR and Battery, Battery Warranty, Battery Sales and On-the-Go training classes in accordance with timelines established by AAA Club Alliance and AAA National Quality Standard 2.
• Must possess and maintain a valid State Driver’s License.
• Satisfactory pre-and post-employment screening results, including criminal, drug and motor vehicle screening.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Roadside Assistance (RA) Club Fleet Management with effective operation of AAA Club Alliance locations.
• Provide leadership to RA Club Fleet drivers, dispatch and administrative staff; ensure staffing levels and sales goals are met or exceeded.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service to AAA members and RAP customers.
• Supervise assigned Club Fleet staff and monitor productivity, cost, and performance against goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching; participate in hiring and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate with RA Dispatch and Training to align day-to-day decisions with division objectives.
