Job summary

AAA Northeast is seeking a Fleet Supervisor to oversee daily Fleet driver activities and ensure delivery of world class service while upholding safety policies. The role includes interviewing and training staff, evaluating performance, and ensuring staff coverage and overtime approvals align with service demand.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, 1–3 years tow experience, and holds a valid driver’s license plus a DOT medical card.

3-4 Years of Additional Relevant Work Experience Required
1-3 years On-the-job tow experience Required and
Supervisory experience Preferred
Active and valid driver’s license issued by only one state or jurisdiction Required
DOT card pre-hire and as a current employee within 1 Year Required

Responsibilities

Oversees the daily activity of Fleet drivers, monitoring activity to ensure delivery of world class service while adhering to safety procedures; interviews, makes hiring recommendations, identifies training needs and evaluates the performance of subordinate staff, ensuring adherence to department and Club policies and procedures; emphasizes Five Diamond Service and member satisfaction; reviews scheduling to ensure adequate staff coverage and obtains approval for overtime hours as necessary to meet service demand.
