Job summary

AAA Northeast is seeking a Fleet Operations Supervisor to oversee daily Fleet driver activity, ensure safety and high service levels, and lead interviews and training. The role involves interviewing candidates, coaching staff, inspecting fleets, and managing the Fleet Operations Center to meet service demand.

You will drive driver performance, track logs, and collaborate with leadership to uphold Club policies while delivering exceptional member experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; 3–4 years of relevant work experience.
• 1–3 years on-the-job tow experience preferred and supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activity of Fleet drivers to ensure world-class service and safety compliance.
• Interview, make hiring recommendations, identify training needs and evaluate staff performance.
• Deliver training programs and reinforce Club policies and procedures.
• Review driver logs, inspect fleets, and accompany drivers on service calls as needed.
• Open/close Fleet Operations Center and manage overtime approvals to meet demand.
• Resolve service or member problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
