Job summary

AAA Northeast in New York is seeking a Fleet Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Fleet drivers, ensuring world-class service and adherence to safety policies. You will interview candidates, make hiring recommendations, identify training needs, and evaluate staff performance.

You will conduct on-the-job and classroom training, inspect vehicles, review driver logs, and assist with accident reporting.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a field operations role is required.
• Experience interviewing and hiring staff is preferred.
• Ability to train and coach employees on policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily activity of Fleet drivers and monitors service delivery.
• Interviews, makes hiring recommendations, and evaluates staff performance.
• Delivers driver training and enforces safety policies and procedures.
• Inspects vehicles, reviews driver logs, and handles incident reporting.
• Opens/closes Fleet Operations and ensures proper security and readiness.
