Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Dayton seeks an experienced Fleet Supervisor for 1st shift to lead day-to-day operations with the Fleet Manager and supervisors, coordinating with drivers to ensure members are served smoothly.

You'll oversee staffing, coaching, safety, and performance, deliver strong customer service, manage dispatch, and help drive revenue and cost controls while promoting AAA standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, organizational management or related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ work experience in an automotive or dispatch environment or related roles.
• 1+ years’ leadership or supervisory experience.
• Towing certification program IITR and Battery training per AAA standards.
• Valid State Driver’s License.
• Successful background checks and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead RA Club Fleet drivers, dispatch and administrative staff; ensure staffing levels and goals are met.
• Maintain high-quality service and resolve member/RAP concerns while meeting AAA standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to AAA members and RAP customers.
• Supervise day-to-day operations; coordinate with RA Dispatch and Training.
• Supervise staff, conduct appraisals and coaching, and manage schedules.
