Job summary

AAA Northeast is seeking a Fleet Operations Supervisor in New York to oversee daily driver activities, monitor service demands, and train staff on policies and safety. You will reinforce five-diamond service and ensure compliance with Road Service policies.

The role includes interviewing and hiring input, evaluating performance, and managing overtime approvals to meet demand, with a strong emphasis on member satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3-4 years of relevant work experience required.
• 1-3 years of tow experience required.
• DOT card pre-hire and as a current employee within 1 year required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily activity of Fleet drivers and scheduling to meet service demand.
• Train drivers on policies, safety, and AAA products and services.
• Resolve member problems and ensure satisfaction and safety.
• Perform daily inspections of drivers and vehicles and review logs.
• Respond to road service calls and manage fleet operations tasks.
