Job summary

AAA Northeast is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Fleet to oversee daily driver activities, ensure world-class service, and enforce safety policies across the fleet. You will interview candidates, identify training needs, and monitor performance to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

The role requires supervisory experience, an Associate’s degree or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license with a DOT card.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 3-4 years of additional relevant work experience required.
• 1-3 years of on-the-job tow experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Active and valid driver’s license from one state or jurisdiction required; DOT card pre-hire and as an employee within 1 year required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of Fleet drivers and monitor service demands.
• Interview and make hiring recommendations; evaluate subordinate staff performance.
• Coordinate training on policies, procedures, safety and technical fleet operations.
• Inspect fleet vehicles, complete accident/damage reports, and ensure safety and service standards.
• Respond to road service calls, provide mechanical assistance, and secure facilities.
