Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking an experienced Fleet Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Upper Marlboro, MD. You will lead RA Club Fleet drivers, dispatch, and staff to meet staffing, performance, and sales goals while delivering strong member service within a busy roadside program.

You’ll supervise, coach, schedule, and conduct performance reviews, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient daily operations in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, organizational management or related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ work experience in automotive or dispatch or 5 years in customer service/sales, or combination.
• 1+ years’ leadership or supervisory experience.
• Satisfactory completion of nationally recognized towing certification program such as IITR and Battery training per AAA standards.
• Must possess and maintain a valid State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Assist Fleet management with operation of AAA Club Alliance locations and lead RA Fleet drivers.
• Achieve high-quality performance in investigation and resolution of member concerns.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service to members and RAP customers.
• Supervise fleet staff, monitor productivity, sales and expenses.
• Write performance appraisals, conduct evaluations, and coach staff.
• Coordinate with dispatch and training for daily business decisions.
• Ensure vehicle safety and maintenance schedules are followed.
