Job summary

Ford Pro Fleet Success Team is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to manage title and registration requests, onboard customers to product services, and provide ongoing support to maximize value from the Fleet software and services.

You will collaborate with sales, product teams and dealerships, share usage insights, and escalate issues as needed while contributing to marketing material development and customer training.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5+ years experience in a fleet management company.
• 4–5+ years experience in U.S. title and registration work.
• Prior sales experience with dealers and/or commercial fleet customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & Support Dealership / Customer Title & Registration requests.
• Support customer onboarding on assigned product services, including initial product setup and training.
• Provide monthly updates on new features or functionality of the product and identify opportunities to educate customers on other products.
• Assist customers with maximizing the value that they receive from the products and services being delivered.
• Provide the management team with insights into how customers use your assigned product.
• Escalate customer concerns and maintain customer open issues tracking and drive to resolution.
• Support sales in any sales efforts needed to sell assigned product/service.
• Support developing sales & marketing material for your assigned product/service.
• Process title and registration transactions, vehicle moves & ensure clients are billed correctly.
