Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance operations.
• Strong command of tools: project trackers and dashboard tools.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling of daily work orders for technicians.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using VMS.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards for tracking.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians to forecast demand.

Skills

Strong written and spoken American English

Familiarity with vehicle maintenance operations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with CMMS

Proficient in inventory management systems

Education

Bachelors in operations, management or logistics
