Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in fleet maintenance or operations, 5–8 years in management, a technician background, and strong knowledge of DOT regulations and fleet management systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in fleet maintenance or operations.
• 5–8 years of direct management experience.
• Prior technician or mechanic background.
• Proficient in DOT rules and vehicle repair standards.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, educate and develop shop staff across multiple locations.
• Monitor performance and ensure safe, efficient fleet operations.
• Plan daily manpower to meet workload and travel to sites as needed.
• Oversee maintenance programs for light/medium duty vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with clients to meet operational needs and improvements.
